The need
Across the Sahel, entire communities live without churches, Scripture, or electricity. Literacy is low; radios are the region's trusted medium — but most villages have none, and those that exist tune to whatever signal is strongest.
The solution
Our ministry partner broadcasts Bible teaching in three local languages from an established station. Galcom will supply 1,500 solar-powered, fix-tuned radios so listening groups in surrounding villages can gather around a signal that never needs batteries and never drifts off-message.
The goal
$45,000 CAD covers the radios, shipping, and distribution through the partner's network of local evangelists — about $30 per radio, with each radio typically serving a family or listening group of five or more.
