A hands-on team to help install the High Andes station once A Voice for the High Andes is funded: raising the antenna, wiring the studio, and training local operators alongside Galcom technicians. Electrical, construction, or IT experience is an asset; altitude fitness is essential (the site is above 3,500 m).
